FOUNDERS
God began working in the life of John & Terri Lohman many years ago, instilling in them a desire to start a Christian church camp. In 2001, that dream was realized and Camp WOW began to welcome in students to hear about the gospel of Jesus Christ and be forever transformed. While John has a passion for Camp WOW and is still greatly involved in all that goes on here, he also runs several other businesses in Moore, OK. John has been married to his wife Terri since 1977. Together, they have raised two children, Jay and Jenny, and are now enjoying their four grandchildren.
JENNA KUHLMAN
CAMP DIRECTOR
Jenna joined the Camp WOW management team in March of 2012 as our Missions Coordinator and also served as the Assistant Director. Previously, Jenna worked on summer staff at Camp WOW in 2004 and 2005. She is an East Central University graduate and worked for 4 years at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry on campus. Jenna also volunteers as the Children’s Minister at her church, Lighthouse of Prayer. Jenna has a true heart for missions and has been on trips to Nicaragua and Mexico numerous times. In August 2015, Jenna became the Director of Camp WOW, where she currently serves.
OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
KIRK & TRACY HILL
MAINTENANCE & OFFICE MANAGER
Kirk and Tracy have been with Camp WOW since the beginning. Knowing that God had great things in store, they moved to camp before there was a camp. Since then, Kirk has served on our maintenance team, specializing in carpentry. Tracy serves as the camp office manager, administering camp finances and assisting in booking and communicating with churches and groups. Married since 1985, they have two daughters, Chelsea and Carrie, who are now married and starting families of their own.
MAX HILL
MAINTENANCE
Max came to work at Camp WOW on maintenance in the second year of our existence. Since then, he has been a crucial component in the functioning of camp life. He is a licensed electrician and helps in building and repairing various components of our facilities. Max also loves driving the wave runner during free time and might even try to throw you off the tube!
