If you're worried about your camper losing or misplacing cash, Camp WOW's Cash Card is a great option! Cash Cards can be used to purchase anything from our Snack Shack including food, snacks, drinks, t-shirts, water bottles, sunglasses & even Archery Tag games. You can reload your child's card online while they are at camp.

RELOAD A CASH CARD To reload a cash card for a camper that has already received their cash card, purchase a cash card and it will be automatically added to the current card or account.

*** PLEASE READ *** Please order Cash Cards at least 2 days before your child arrives at camp. Orders placed 24 hours or less before camp starts, cannot be guaranteed to be delivered to your student on the day they arrive. Cash Cards are distributed in the cafeteria, during the first meal, on day of arrival, and can be picked up in the Snack Shack on following days. Please let your camper know that you purchased a Cash Card for them. To check the balance of a camper's account during their stay at camp, email store@campwow.com or call our office, 580-892-2600. Refunds can be requested on accounts with a balance of $5 or more. Cash Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds MUST be requested within 2 weeks of camp ending. There will be a $2 handling fee for ALL refunds. We DO NOT retain account balances from previous summers or for following summers. After the 2 weeks allotted, all remaining funds will be donated to Camp WOW Missions!
