Retreats / Conferences:
At Camp WOW our vision is “to glorify God by providing a safe, fun, and holy place of retreat for student ministries, church groups, businesses and schools who desire to get away from the rush of everyday life.” If you’re looking for a location for your next event, whether it’s an overnight conference or retreat, a one-day activity, or a day of team building on the Ropes course, we would love to help make your event the best it can be. Pricing

  • Base Price (per person /per night): $25.00
  • Meal Price (per meal, optional): $5.00
  • Private Worship Facility: Yes
  • Lodge Upgrade: +$25/room

Deposits

  • 10-99 attendees: $250
  • 100-299 attendees: $500
  • 500+ attendees: $1000

Retreat Add-ons

  • Rock Wall & Zip Line – $400 -Max 3 hours ($100 ea. Additional hour)
  • Power Pole – $100 ( Can be open with Rock Wall )
  • Low Ropes Course- $6 per person (number of participants determined ahead of time)
  • Water Front & Lake- $500 (includes all elements & tubing) (Seasonal) – Max 3 hr. Session ($100 ea. Additional hour)
  • Shallow End & Tubing Only- $300 (Includes water b-ball, volleyball, and polo) Max 2 hour session ($100 ea. Additional hour)
  • Fireworks Show- $600 – 15-20 minute show
  • Hayride- $25 a ride Approx. 32 people/ride (3-4 rides/hr)
  • Campfire- $25 per fire – Choose from 2 locations (Includes wood, set-up, and start)
  • Laser Tag- $200/hr (approx 40 people)
  • Use of Big Worship Center for groups under 300- $875
  • Lodge (Hotel style rooms)- $25/room/night
  • Loft (Sleeps 9)- $25/night
  • Main Kitchen (if doing own meals)- $100 usage fee
  • Staff fees (waived when purchasing add-on of 400+)
  • $100 Sound/Video Tech- $50 a day

*Groups under 350 will be subject to sharing the camp grounds (larger group will use main WC).

*We strongly recommend that groups bring their own nurse. Camp WOW does not provide a nurse.

*Groups are responsible for cleaning their dorms based on the checklist provided by camp staff.
